What you type into our forms (name, contact details, level, messages) and what you send us on WhatsApp or email. The site also runs Google Tag Manager and analytics, which use cookies to count visits, pages, and button clicks in aggregate — the standard picture, nothing exotic.

Answering you, scheduling you, teaching you, and understanding which pages of this site do their job. Enrollment records (attendance, assessments, payments) exist because a school can't function without them.

Sell your data, share it with anyone beyond the processors that run our tools (forms, analytics, payments), or add you to a mailing list you didn't ask for. Form submissions are processed by our hosting provider (Netlify) to reach our inbox.

Under Mexico's LFPDPPP you can ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Write to hola@verbo.mx with the subject "Datos personales" and we'll handle it within 20 business days — in practice, much sooner.
